Celebrity Chef, Elia Aboumrad is a Latin American chef and is best known as a contestant Broavos' Top Chef.
Elia studied at the prominent Ecole Lenôtre under a faculty of World Champion chefs and earned 34 different culinary degrees. After earning Le Cordon Bleu's 'Grand Diplôme', one of the few culinary credentials that signifies mastery of both pastry and culinary fundamentals, Elia went on to work under Joël Robuchon in Paris.
Elia appeared on reality TV show Top Chef on Bravo during its second season and was one of the final four contestants when she was eliminated from the competition. Elia also competed as a contestant on Top Chef: All Stars, but she was eliminated in the first episode. Elia and Uyen Nguyen opened GORGE, a charcuterie house and wine bar, on the famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, California.
