Celebrity chef, Robert Fair first started his culinary endeavors at the young age of 8 years old. Growing up in an Italian-Irish family, working with food and wine was just part of the daily docket. Half way through college, Robert soon realized that his professional future didn't lie in the books of his classrooms, but rather in the sauté pans of his dinner parties.
He found his calling in the area of recipe development. He won the CCA Iron Chef Competition and went on to work in some of the Bay Area's top fine dining establishments. Following a burgeoning desire to teach, Chef Robert took an instructor position in Scottsdale, Arizona as the Culinary Director for the gourmet culinary company, Sur La Table.
Chef Robert currently resides in LA appearing in 'Giuliana and Bill Rancic' and other shows.
