She is a national fitness presenter, motivational speaker and has a series of fitness DVD’s called PainFree, Pt-2-Go and three new geared towards aging Americans staying active called, Keeping Fit Cardio, Pilates, and Strength. Her book, “Naked Fitness” promises to be a new way to align, walk and eat your way to feel great in your own skin.
